Twin Peaks was enough of a conventional TV show that it used the “look-alike cousin” trope to bring Sheryl “Laura Palmer” Lee back as a series regular. Also, sometimes the clues and plot turns here seem like a writer threw them in when Lynch was out of town. As ominous as BOB is, Leo (Eric Da Re) kinda sucks as a villain.
